Week 2

Time for another update. I cheated a little bit this last week. I had a half a cupcake on Saturday and 4 potato chips. I was also on my period which made me very hungry. I was sure that I hadn't lost any weight. I even went to the Utah game with my husband and while he ate at the game, I only had my water. The smell of the corn dogs were killing me! I really wanted one of those. I also went to my sisters house on Sunday and couldn't eat the potatoes, gravy or rolls. I was just salivating. I am still doing the 3 shakes a day. I choose to drink the chocolate every time. I am not adventurous and I like the taste of it. I have been eating celery when I get an urge for a snack, and then a vegetable at dinner. My weigh in today was pretty good.

I am officially down 10 pounds. What a great thing for me. In 2 weeks down 10!! Yippee!! I am so happy. I can already tell my pants are feeling loose. My trial is going to be in this next week when I go to San Fransisco and I'm around all the fast food. My goal is to just maintain what I am at and then get back on track next Tuesday. Hopefully I won't have gained anything. Cross our fingers and check back next week!

  1. July! In the first two weeks alone you have already lost almost 9 inches off your body. That is amazing! Stick to it, I know it may not be the funnest thing and definitely not the easiest, but it will be worth it!
